I am Stephanie Poelker, I would love an opportunity to share with you and your child my Volleyball experience, in
an effort to help your child get off on the right foot in Volleyball.
I myself was a St. Charles Star, and what I learned with the Stars got me on the right foot towards a College Spot
and Scholarship in Volleyball!
I played in College for Bruce Dixon at Kentucky Christian University!
In my Senior Year, we were blessed with a National Championship in the NCCAA!
One thing I want all my girls to understand is: You can be and do anything you want in life...it just takes dedication,
practice and desire.

My name is Stephanie Poelker; Volleyball has been a part of my life as long as I can remember.
The 2017 Season will be my 2nd Season of Coaching with the St Charles Stars.
I am a 2011 Ritenour Alumni, playing all 4 years, I was voted Best Defensive Player and Broke 3 School records as a Varsity
I played 5 years of Club Volleyball; my final 2 years were with the St Charles Stars. This volleyball experience helped
me reach my Childhood Dream, for in my senior year of High School I committed to Kentucky Christian University.
I played 4 years at the Varsity Collegiate level and to finish my senior year, my team was Blessed with a National Championship
for the NCCAA DII.
I graduated in May 2015 with my B.S. in Teacher Education P-5.
Began Teaching as a 5th grade teacher for Ritenour Elementary School, Marvin in Sept. of 2015. This year 2016, I teach
at the 1st Grade level.
2016 I am the Freshman Coach at Ritenour High School.
2015 I was an Asst. Coach at Ritenour High School.
I worked with all the girls on defensive skills, was a Mentor coach for individual needs of the players and Asst. to
the Freshman Team.
Meet my little sister here: Jessica also played for the Stars. Her 18's team in 2014 Results ranked 7th in the State of Mo.
In her Senior High School performance Jessica rank 3rd in the State of MO in Digs. She was also Captain her Jr. and Sr. year
of H.S. and voted Best Defensive Player all 4yrs of H.S. Jessica is going to UMSL for Psychology and will be our Assistant
Coach for the 2017 Season.
